How long does it take to process my order?

We ship all out items as soon as possible. On average all items are shipped in 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If for any reason your item will take longer to ship I will get in touch with you immediately. If the engraving service is chosen for the order, it may take an additional business day to prepare.

If Express shipment such as the FedEx 2-Day or USPS Express is chosen, we will process your order in *1 business day (If engraving is chosen, it may alter this turnaround at an additional 1-2 business days)

-As each Hawaiian Jewelry Gold, Platinum, and Silver Rings are hand made here in Honolulu, Hawaii, it will require an additional 2 business days for processing. We do not keep stock and each piece is hand made for you.

-Saturday delivery may not be available if the purchase is made on a Wednesday. Please contact us regarding the delivery time for our Hawaiian Jewelry Collections. The follow collections is available for Saturday delivery if the purchase is made by Wednesday.

How long will it take to arrival once it has been shipped?

Once we have processed your order, your item will be shipped with the chosen shipping method. We offer FREE USPS First Class Mail.

US Shipments:

USPS First Class: 5-6 business days (approximate)

UPPS Priority Mail: 4-5 business days (approximate)

USPS Express Mail: 3 business days

FedEx & UPS 2-Day Express: **2 business days

**If the shipment is scheduled on a Thursday, FedEx/UPS will delivery your parcel on a Monday. This is due to the fact that the parcel will be shipped out from the FedEx/UPS facility of that evening. FedEx/UPS will count the following day (Friday) as the first business day which then Monday will be the second business day. If you are in a time crunch, we will recommend choosing FedEx Saturday Delivery when checking out.

Additional shipping option may be available upon checkout.

Holidays

Please keep in mind that the shipping couriers do not operate on federal holidays.

Shipping option and price will vary upon location. Please select the shipping option upon checkout of your item.
