Orders with multiple items or custom features such as stone settings or engraved messages may require more time. If you’ve discussed customizations with our team, please allow for a longer production window.

All of our gold, silver and platinum jewelry is handcrafted to order in Honolulu, Hawaii. Because we don’t keep a ready stock, pieces ordered midweek (such as on Wednesday) are not eligible for Saturday delivery.

We do not refund shipping, appraisal costs, or grading cards, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. However, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee.
